Returns & Exchange Policy 

Your satisfaction with your purchase is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will fully refund or replace the item (at our discretion) free of charge.  

Q: Can I cancel my order after I have purchased it but before it ships?

A: Yes. Orders can be cancelled anytime until an order has been shipped.  This is generally within 5 business days of orders being placed, but can vary based on item availability. Simply email us and your refund will be processed (see refund method at the bottom).

Q: Can I cancel my order after I have purchased even though it has shipped?

​A: No. Once your purchase has shipped, you cannot cancel your purchase. However, you may return it for a full refund. So if you know that you don't want the item, follow these instructions:

      1. DO NOT open the package, simply write on the package "REFUSED-RETURN TO SENDER" 

      2. Drop it off at your post office.​


Q: Can I return my purchase after it has been opened? 

A: Yes. Returns will be accepted as long as the item is in the original condition. Simply email us and we will arrange for the return.

Q: What if my purchase arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

A: Despite our best efforts and careful quality control, defective or incorrect accessories happen. Should this occur, we will arrange for the goods to be returned, exchanged, or replaced at our expense. 

Q: My accessory has gotten damaged, can I send it to you to be repaired?

A: Yes. We will do everything we can to return your accessory to its original condition. Please contact us with the details.

Method of Refund 

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed. Your refunds will be returned to you in the same form of payment used to purchase.
